Millennium Watch Repair is the provider of a service on behalf of its clientele. By the customer (“you”) sending in your watch or bring it in personally to Millennium Watch Repair (“us” or “we”), you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms, together with applicable additional terms and conditions, are terms of a legal agreement between you and Millennium Watch Repair, and are collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”.

Millennium Watch Repair keep the rigth to refuse estimates discussed by phone, we encourage our customers to come to our location for a free in person estimate. We will notify the estimate prior any watch repair and we will perform the repair once the customers approves the job.
Estimates will depend on watch brand and watch parts in need.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or by phone or in person from you. We will never sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding watch repair service, unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or watch repair services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic payment methods. All payments are final upon completion of the service.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Upon receipt of your watch, Millennium Watch Repair will expeditiously contact you with the estimated cost for the repairs. Upon your acceptance of our repair estimate, written or verbal, you will be required to pay in full for the repairs with a credit card. Any estimate provided by Millennium Watch Repair is subject to change depending on variables such as the unforeseen difficulty and complexity of the repair that needs to be done, obtaining missing parts, etc. Once payment is received, our watchmakers shall commence their work immediately as the decision to proceed is considered final. Vintage watches are not warranted against moisture unless expressly indicated when the watch is returned.
Millennium Watch Repair does not guarantee that it can repair your watch.
Millennium Watch Repair and its affiliates will do our best to complete work within 15 days. However, this estimated time of completion cannot be guaranteed due to the potential of parts being on backorder or the need to be located. Customer understands the length of repair time is not guaranteed, and will not hold Millennium Watch Repair responsible for any delays.

Millennium Watch Repair provides estimates based on average repair times for similar type timepieces and procedures.
Prior to shipping your watch back to you, Millennium Watch Repair will attempt to contact you to confirm the physical address to which you would like us to ship it to or local delivery in case we promise it to you. The vast majority of the packages we send out deliberately require a signature at the time of receipt to ensure the safety and security of your watch. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be at that address to accept the package. Because packages delivered per release signature are considered delivered, it is imperative that your address does not have a Release Signature Status with the courier, which allows packages to be dropped off unattended and unsigned. It is your responsibility either to alert Millennium Watch Repair to this issue or to resolve it on your own with the courier.
MILLENNIUM WATCH REPAIR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender;
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender;
Delays or mishaps in delivery due to the fault of the delivery service contracted (UPS, etc.).
RISK-OF-LOSS
You remain responsible for the risk-of-loss for your watch(es) until delivery of the same to Millennium Watch Repair. You are responsible for any damages that may occur to your product while in transit until we inspect and sign for your package. In the event of a claim with the shipping company, you are responsible for providing proof of purchase, and/or appraised value, as well as proof of shipment, Millennium Watch Repair will not obtain insurance reimbursement. Millennium Watch Repair strongly recommends that your timepiece(s) be photographed before shipping.
By sending item(s) for repair, customer agrees that Millennium Watch Repair, its agents and representatives are accepting the item(s) solely for the purpose of repair. Milennium Watch Repair shall not be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of the item(s) unless due to our sole negligence. Any damage or loss due to Millennium Watch Repair sole negligence will be limited to the actual cost to repair or replace the item(s) of comparable value and is not to exceed the sum of $75.00 or such higher value as may be declared by customer in writing in advance. Insurance covers the replacement value of your watch only. Coverage is limited to the dollar amount you agree to, and is also limited to the actual value of the watch as assessed by industry professionals.
If you are going to value your watch at a specific amount, it is your responsibility to defend this amount with a formal appraisal by a qualified third party and/or with a receipt for the watch when purchased new. The “new” value of your watch may not be allowed as evidence of its current depreciated replacement value.
In no event will Millennium Watch Reair be liable for other damages, including loss of use, or other incidental or consequential damages. All disputes shall be resolved in Plano, TX. via arbitration.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prior to returning a timepiece to its owner, Millennium Watch Repair will attempt to contact that owner to confirm the shipping address to which the timepiece should be shipped. We will attempt to contact the owner repeatedly via phone and/or email and/or text message until the owner is contacted. If after 5 phone calls, 5 phone texts, 5 emails and one calendar year from the date of the first attempted contact the owner has still not yet successfully contacted us regarding his watch, Millennium Watch Repair has the right to do with the timepiece as it wishes with no responsibility towards the original owner.
IN PERSON REPAIRS:
Millennium Watch Repair is not responsable for any water damage after a watch battery or capacitor replacement unless the customer request it and we perform a water proof test with an additional cost. Our turn around time for in person repairs may vary depending on watch brand and repair needed.
WARRANTY:
All repairs and products are guaranteed for a period of 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year, depending on the specific service provided.
Instead of a refund, customers are encouraged to utilize the warranty for any issues arising within the warranty period.
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of service and any relevant documentation.
We do not provide warranty on mineral or sapphire crystals, fancy cuts and plastic glass replacement, we not provide warranty on watch spring bars, cutter pins and other kind of bracelet pins or bracelet repairs.
All customers acknowledge that they are not entitled to a refund upon acceptance of services.
If you wish to request a refund, it must be submitted within 7 days from the date of service. Any requests made after this period will not be valid.
If a refund request is approved within the 7-day period, the funds will be returned through the original payment method, and we will work with the bank to process this refund.
